Chelsea Wozniak, RN MA (she/her)

Director, Luther Court Community Health Centre

Chelsea is a Victoria-born registered nurse who is passionate about health leadership. Chelsea leads an interdisciplinary team of 15 health professionals that serve attached patients through the Community Health Centre (launched in 2022).

In addition to her 15 years of experience in primary health care, Chelsea brings her expertise from working in hospitals, community clinics, federal prison and university student health.

Chelsea is also a proud volunteer board member with the BC Association of Community Health Centres.

Ashleigh Gulkiewich (she/her)

Director, Fund Development and Communications, Luther Court Society

Ashleigh joined Luther Court Society in 2024. She is inspired by the power of intergenerational connection.

During the past 2 decades, Ashleigh has raised significant funds for provincial and national health charities by supporting individuals and groups in changing lives through philanthropy.
